Are all your pieces ready to ship or made to order?Most of our products are ready to ship unless otherwise stated. For custom orders or pre-orders, estimated dispatch times will be mentioned in the product description.

How do I place an order?Simply browse our collection, add your favourite items to the cart, and follow the checkout steps. You will receive a confirmation email once your order is placed successfully.

What payment methods do you accept?We accept major credit/debit cards, offline payment options, and other secure payment gateways available at checkout.

Can I cancel or modify my order?You may cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it, provided it hasn’t been dispatched. Please contact us at theyacollections@gmail.com as soon as possible.

How do gift card recipients get their cardsTo redeem the card, the recipient selects the items to purchase. During payment, click Redeem a gift card and enter the unique gift card code.

What happen if the order total is more than the remaining gift card value?If the sale is more than the value of the card, customers can pay for the remaining cost using other payment methods.

What happens if the order total is less than the gift card value?Any amount left over after making a purchase can be used in future purchases before the expiry date. For example, if you have a $100 gift card and spend $25, you can use the remaining $75 in future when shopping at theyacollections.com

Do you ship Australia-wide?Yes! We ship all over Australia via Australia Post. You can choose between standard and express shipping at checkout.

How long will it take to receive my order?Orders are usually dispatched within 24 - 48 hours (Mon - Fri). Delivery times depend on your location and chosen shipping method.

Can I track my order?Absolutely. Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an email with your tracking number.

What materials are your pieces made of?Our collections include imitation, brass, oxidised, Kundan, temple, and AD jewellery. Each product description includes details of the material and finish.

How do I care for my jewellery?To prolong the life of your pieces: Avoid contact with water, perfumes, and harsh chemicals. Store in a dry place, preferably in a soft cloth or pouch. Handle with care, especially delicate stonework.

Can I order a gift for someone?Yes! You can include a gift message at checkout. If you'd like it gift-wrapped, please contact us before completing your order.

Do you accept custom or bulk orders?Yes, we’re happy to discuss custom pieces or bulk orders for weddings, events, or gifts. Please reach out via email at theyacollections@gmail.com.

I entered the wrong shipping address. Can I fix it?If your order hasn't been dispatched, we can update the shipping address. Please email us immediately at theyacollections@gmail.com with your correct address. Once the parcel is shipped, we won’t be able to make changes.

My order arrived damaged. What should I do?We're so sorry to hear that! Please email us within 24 hours of receiving the parcel, along with clear photos of the damaged item and packaging. We’ll guide you through the next steps. Some items break during shipment. We’ll do our best to help. While we may not be able to guarantee your exact order is replaced due to potential stock issues, we’ll be sure to resolve the situation as best we can!

My order was marked delivered but it’s not here.Please check around your property, with neighbours, or your local post office first. If it’s still missing, contact us and we’ll do our best to assist, but please note we are not liable for parcels marked as delivered by Australia Post.

What do I do if I receive the wrong item in my order?We are sorry to hear you received the wrong item in your order! Please report your order issue to our team via email for further assistance. Include a photo of the item received and the name of the missing item(s). Please double-check the package for any notes or packing slips that indicate your other item(s) were shipped separately. While we may not be able to guarantee your exact order is replaced due to potential stock issues, we’ll resolve the situation as best we can!

Why was I partially refunded?While uncommon, from time to time we have influx of customers all hoping to order the same item at the same time, particularly sale items. We realise when attempting to fill these orders that unfortunately, we can’t fulfill them all. Note: When this happens, please be assured that your money has been refunded to your original payment method and can take anywhere from 3 - 5 business days to reflect in your bank account.
